the client contracts with us in the pre-construction/ development phase.
As Construction Manager, we add significant value to a project when partnering
in lease negotiation, design, and engineering evaluation. We learn about
the client’s needs and the architect’s vision through this early
involvement.
Through Value Engineering, we coordinate with the client
and design team to evaluate the materials and systems being considered.
As part of the partnering team, we recommend possible revisions and define
the impact of any changes to the budget and/or schedule.
